Great experience with this dealership, i really appreciate the no games full transparency they believe in here. It was refreshing after working with the dealers out in salt lake that try to use gimmicks and force urgency. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle but would go back without hesitation due to the treatment I received. The sales person Rick has since retired but he was great to work with.There was no pressure of buying, the price of the vehicle was fair, and the whole buying experience went very smoothly. There was an issue with the car after the purchase and some communication problem with the new finance person, but they took care of the car issue promptly without any hassle and even did some extra repairs that they found while they were taking care of the main problem. As soon as the finance director found out about the miscommunication I had with the new finance person, he took care of the case personally and expedited it quickly. Overall I had a very good experience with the dealer and the team, I would highly recommend Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful for your next car purchase.

Fair prices for a dealership, Max at Tim Dahle was very professional and accommodating, I went to look at one of their XTerras and after the test drive, I told them I was interested but that I was also looking at other cars from competitors and they were kind enough to sit down and look at them with me telling me which ones might be good to get and which ones were not. This saved me a lot of time and showed me that these people genuinely want you to get the best deal they can find, even if it doesn’t directly benefit them financially.
