Reviews for Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful · page 2

I just gotta hop on here real quick and tell you how great of an experience I had with Max Solt! He’s the GOAT of customer service and knowledge! Very considerate with my needs and made sure my dog was comfortable too when he had a tummy ache at the dealership!!! I’d recommend again and keep coming to Max for all my vehicle needs!

I purchased a used vehicle from Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful in June, and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The sales person Rick has since retired bit he was great to workwith. There was no pressure of buying, the price of the vehicle was fair, and the whole buying experience went very smoothly. There was an issue with the car after the purchase and some communication problem with the new finance person, but they took care of the car issue promptly without any hassle and even did some extra repairs that they found while they were taking care of the main problem. As soon as the finance director found out about the miscommunication I had with the new finance person, he took care of the case personally and expedited it quickly. Overall I had a very good experience with the dealer and the team, I would highly recommend Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful for your next car purchase.
