Had an amazing experience working with Carolina, Mitch, Ryan, and Jake at Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful! From start to finish, the whole process was transparent, upfront, and straightforward. They were all very knowledgeable, honest, and made everything easy to understand without any pressure at all. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers find the right vehicle instead of just trying to sell you something. I really appreciated the no-pressure environment and how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend asking for Carolina and the team if you're looking for a stress-free car buying experience!

I had a really good experience with the team, especially with Cardon the sales manager. Although the purchase started off a little rocky, the team proved their honesty and commitment to making things right. Not many dealerships would do that which is rare these days. I’m very happy with my purchase and the experience I had. I’d be happy to purchase another vehicle from them.

I came in to see about a new vehicle and Levi Jensen and Cardon Malan were the sales people who stepped up and helped me with my unique situation and got me into something I absolutely love! If they could have physically bent over backwards to help me, I wouldn’t doubt they would have. Best experience!

This company will add an additional $2,000 towards your purchase for items never requested, Forever Battery protection (Read their reviews), a blinking brake light (Brakeplus Rear end collision) I am filing a complaint with the Utah Attorney General on their business practice. If you are a vistim also, please also file a complaint. It will take many complaints before any action is taking on this business practice. Update: I was Contacted by the General Manager of Tim Dahle Nissan in Bountiful regarding my initial experience. The G.M responded in an expeditious manner and offered clarifications on their sales process and offered a full refund of the additional items being added. I feel that there was a genuine concern for the matter at hand, I could not have imagined someone more caring about his customers. I can say with this experience to share, that working with Tim Dahle Nissan in Bountiful Utah, you are in good hands working with genuine people wanting you to have a great experience.

These guys at Time Dahle Nissan really helped me out in a tough situation. The my are some of the nicest people I’ve had to work with. I would 100% recommend this location for Service or anything else. Really helpful.

Very nice staff, not pushy salesmen at all. Max was very awesome. He worked with the budget very well. The manager was also great. On a side note, the popcorn was immaculate.

I absolutely LOVE Tim Dahle Nissan of Bountiful service center. I've had my car for 8 months and taken it in twice for routine service. Adam B. greeted me with a huge smile- even early on a Saturday morning! He was very welcoming and explained everything without talking over my head. Hussein A. was my technician and left my car clean - you wouldn't even know anyone had worked on it! I just love these guys! So glad I bought my car here!

Ethan was great with our closing got me all taken care of and we left happier then when we walked in!
