Yovani Arellano was our salesman, I wanted a specific, budget-friendly, fuel-efficient car, they found the perfect one for me (Nissan Versa), and were so kind a professional! This is the first Nissan car I’ve owned, and now I’m a fan for life, both of the Nissan brand, and Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful!

I brought my car in to have other AC and some other minor things fixed. It’s under warranty and warranty companies are notorious for having time lines that differ drastically with the consumers time line. Between the diagnostics and warranty approval, along with ordering the necessary parts this became an ordeal. A big one. I live in Logan. Over an hour’s drive from door to door. I am disabled and the drive is awful for me because of my condition. Honestly not a whole lot could be done to accommodate me. (Insert sad face here) but James Chad the service manger got involved and took such amazing care of my car and me. He went incredibly out of his way. I realize that this is just good customer service but he treated us like family! Thank you, James and your absolutely remarkable staff. You have blessed us more than you know!!!

Car buying is stressful but not with Ethan and Levi. They were very knowledgeable and fun to deal with. We agreed to buy a vehicle because of these two . Without Ethan I would’ve walked away and went to another dealership.
