I bought my Polestar 2 through Nissan Bountiful, and my experience there has honestly been better than what I’ve received from most higher-end dealerships. Levi in sales took great care of me, and Mason in the service department has continued to do the same. What really stands out is that it feels like everyone there has actually gone to bat for me as a consumer. That is rare, and it is something I have not experienced at most other luxury dealerships. I have dealt with Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, and Land Rover. Mercedes was okay, Porsche was okay, BMW was absolutely awful, and Land Rover Salt Lake was one of the few genuinely good experiences I’ve had. The experience I’ve had at Nissan Bountiful rivals Land Rover Salt Lake, which is saying a lot. What makes it even more impressive is that they have been so helpful with an EV like the Polestar 2. Having people who understand electric cars and who genuinely care about taking care of the customer has made a huge difference in my ownership experience. This dealership has absolutely made me want to buy another car from them in the future, whether it is a Nissan or something else. Huge thanks to Levi, Mason, and the team for treating customers the way they should be treated
