As far as dealership experiences go, this one was excellent. Easy going, friendly, and professional… it’s what I come to expect at a quality dealership. Low pressure sales with high interest in client satisfaction. I wanted to buy a car, and they did everything they needed to do in order to make the sale work for both of us. I sold my first car to Tim Dahle earlier this year and had a great experience working with Max. He made an offer within 30 minutes of me bringing my car in and was open to negotiating. We both agreed to a price we were comfortable with, which was higher than other dealerships in the valley and private seller options. Signing paperwork took about another hour or so, and was finalized soon after. Max wasn't pushy at all and gave my husband time to discuss the offer. He also provided me with a ride home after selling the car. This wasn't a trade in, and he wasn't pushy to buy a new car from the dealership. It took about a week and a half for the payoff to be credited to my lender, and I received a check for the remaining balance the same day. Max responded to any questions I had within an hour or would follow up soon after if he didn't have the answer. He was very personable and would highly recommend working with him.
